About Automatic Schedule

  • Go to registration form
  • Enter required company information and click ‘Next’.
  • Create the first user profile by entering the required information. This should typically be the owner or manager as it will be an administrative account. Note: password should be composed with letters and numbers and at least one symbol such as "+", "!" or "$", for example. It can be something like "Chosenword#", note the symbol on the end. Those symbols are easy to use as your last character as they are on the right side of the keyboard near the enter key and makes for easy logins.
  • You will now be directed to the home page again, but will now be logged in! You will also receive a confirmation email.
  • You will now need to create the service advisor(s). To do so go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Service Managers’
  • Fill in the required information and click ‘Add’ (don’t forget to include a symbol in the password)
  • You may add up to 3 Service Managers.
  • You will now need to create the Techs and available hours. Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Techs/Hours’
  • Choose the amount of hours you have available in a day (eg: 1 tech = 8 hrs available, 2 techs = 16 hrs available, or whatever number you feel comfortable with)
  • Check the weekend day boxes if you are open either of those days.
  • Fill in the required information for Techs by entering the name, selecting a colour and clicking ‘Add’. You may add up to 5 Techs.
  • Congratulations, you are now ready to use the Scheduler!
Forgot password or need to change it?
  • If your password is forgotten, there is a text box under login/password text boxes called "Forgot your password?". What you need to do is to type in your login and then password will be reset (it is going to be pretty random set of characters) and emailed to the email address associated with your account.
  • Once you have got your new password to your email address, you can go to the menu "Change Password" and change new automatically generated password to something more convenient for you.
  • There is a limit on number of failed attempts for login. After that number of unsuccessful attempts, account is blocked. Please contact us in that situation.
  • It is a good idea to set up an account login as something simple with no spaces or other punctuation characters in it. For example, "Chris G." is less desirable than "chrisg". This is to make sure you can recollect your login easily when dealing with forgotten password situation (sending newly generated password to yourself).
